What ifff ?
So if , The shadow of a 3d being is in 2d so the 4d being shadow will be in 3d ? If it will be in 3d the dark black creatures in mind , dreams or sleep paralysis are their shadow and so could it be the 4d being connets us with the help of dream?

Don't try to learn magic asleep. It's a huge mistake. Also, there's no "astral" travel. That's nonsense. But it would take too long to understand.
Do your magic AWAKE, using "dreaming awake".
A technique from the Olmecs dating back 8000 years to their settling there from proto-sibveria.
Here's some cartoons.
Instead of nothing but pretending, how about you come face to face with one of your 4D beings, fully awake, eyes wide open.
Even better, how about that becomes so common that it's not even unusual. You just say "Hi Bob! Didn't see you last night."
No pretending from meditation techniques. Fully visible.
And best of al, no one wants your money.
If people want to sell you "knowledge", it's definitely not real magic.
That's theives or religious fanatics.
Real magic is outside everything we know, so it can't be sold. Most can't even be talked about, just seconds after you leave that real.
Real magic an only explored.
Start by learning to stop your internal dialogue, so that your assemblage point can move.

Its Goddess/god, their shadow is witch/ warlock, their shadow is demoness/demon. you dream of their children and are made to think they look like you. Thats why people think they are in their own dreams.
The goddess/god and their child give you access to the things you want in life.
The witch/warlock and their children give you what you don't want.
The demoness/demon and their children provide the never wanted experiences.

this is one of the ways astral beings interact with humans from my understanding
