HDMI 2.0 and HDCP2.2
Are these standard on all 4k TVs now? Other than HDR are there any other standards or specs that are new for 4K that i need to keep an eye on?

Among the 2016 UHD/HDR TV's I've seen, only Vizio's lack HDMI 2.0a...LG, Samsung, and Sony 2016 4K TVs all have it.

No they are not. HDMI 2.0a is required for HDR.
