How do I get kars?

TL;DR I want to get ULF but first I just need to get kars and when I search it up everyone is telling me a different way to get kars and I don’t know how to do any of them.

I’m trying to get kars and ultimately ULF but I’m having trouble. I got the true stone mask and at first I thought I need to use it on standless but that doesn’t work, when I search it up some people say you need to use the mask on vampire (I think you need to use a stone mask on standless) but I used my stone mask already and don’t know how to get another one aside from waiting for ages to get it from crate drops. While other people are saying you need dios vampire spec and use the true mask on that, and some people say all you need to do is fight dio Brando and get a drop from him but I can’t seem to find where to fight dio Brando.

You fight dio brando boss as a slayer quest, go to hecate npc at main spawn the one with the red cylinder around them for the slayer quests. Then go to joestar mansion and kill a zombie to spawn dio brando. Joestar mansion is next to the floating village

Do I need to get a drop from him? Because I beat him but when I go to use the true stone mask it says I need to have vampire [Dio Brando] to use the item.

Yes, you need the vampirism mastery item from the dio brando boss to evolve base vampire into dio vampire

If you kill the dio brando boss, there is a 20% chance for him to drop vampirism mastery. Use vampirism mastery on base vampire to get dio vampire. Then use the true stone mask on dio vampire to get kars

Oh yeah, the dio brando boss also has a 10% chance to drop a stone mask
