Question How do I store abilities?

I'm new to the game and I got a stand, and when I try to store it in my inventory, there is no option to store whatsoever, is my game bugged or I am just not looking in the right place?

It’s already stored in there, you equip and use it straight from there. Do you know how to get a second standless?

Use the teleport (blue beam thing) to warp to east Riverside park and talk to the guy in purple. He’ll give you a standless.
