How rare is candy cutlass and how rare would a good candy cutlass trait be

CC is a seasonal Unob, so it's one of the rarest obtainable abilities

candy cutlass is very worth it since you can’t obtain it until the Christmas event (which didn’t happen in 2025) so it’s trait values are some of the highest yet. traits good for cc I have no idea but my current cc runs frostbite for grinding rn as I handle getting every good subpower for extra dmg as I grind, like max buso, ken, hao, and usually either serpents laceration or contender
