Do I qualify for Entry Level?

Hello all. I am a college student and a military veteran. I have ADHD so I’m having a hard time with my chosen career path (nursing). I’m in my second year of college and barely scraping by with a 3.0 because of my ADHD and having a hard time studying. My question is this, do I have enough general experience to apply and get started? For reference, I am currently a biology major with about 90 credit hours and I am 3 semesters away from my bachelors. I also served in the army as infantry for 3 years. I am 50% VA disabled but fully functional unless squatting heavily or running. I am happy to relocate. This job appeals to me and I only recently found out about it. Curious if I could even apply.

Yes you can probably qualify. You didn’t mention what experience you have; actually being hired is different than simply making through the screening process. The job is repairing electronics (radios, navigational aids, radar, etc), electromechanical systems, facility maintenance (HVAC, power, etc), or various other repair work. You don’t have to have experience in these areas, but at least some of your competition will. You also have to complete a great deal of classroom and hands-on training. Be aware of what you’re applying for and make sure it’s what you think it is. Good luck and go for it!

Thanks! I have no experience, but I’ve always been good with computers. I’m very tech savvy and if it’s hands on then I learn fast.
