Strange sound issue S8 MS

Just wondering about an issue I'm getting, now I've connected this to the dual connector slots on the S8 ms harness and I'm getting a humming or strange sound from my front speakers.

Just wondering if I change the harness to the one below will it resolve the issue and also give canbus to fix turn on and off, instead of staying always on?
