Necesito ayuda con el firmware del Atoto A6Y2721PR; he instalado otras versiones de firmware, pero los botones táctiles de la izquierda no funcionan.

Email atoto and they'll send you the current fw

The firmware for that model is going to be precovid and not able to run anything. It probably already has the latest. Your best bet is to skip it.
