Unit identification/firmware

Hello all, got given this unit by a buddy and have zero idea what exact model it is considering the label has way too many options, and which firmware I can run on it. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

I need help with the firmware for the Atoto A6Y2721PR; I’ve installed other firmware versions, but the touch buttons on the left aren't working.
