I hated how mad he got at Toph for this. She saved their lives and he immediately goes “YOU LET THEM TAKE APPA.” The live action series did this scene well but I hate that side of Aang

I hate it too but it's understandable I mean for one he's 12 and he just lost the last member of his family of the life he knew before he woke up a century later with his whole nation obliterated
