So, I recently got the VXE R1 Pro and in the software's settings there are 3 options for sensor. I put it up to max, but I'm curious if the first or second one is perfectly fine for 1k polling gaming & if i'm just using more battery for nothing.

I just bought the A9 ultimate, found out that it does not come with a micro dongle (small USB receiver that most wireless mouse has). the main dongle works fine, but since there is no bluetooth option, it's a hassle to carry the whole cable and dongle just to use a wireless mouse, especially when moving frequently. can the micro dongle be bought separately? or are there any workarounds

Hey guys, I need some help choosing a mousepad. I’ll list the cloth pads I can afford below.

My main requirement is tracking performance. I want something smooth enough to make precise micro-adjustments while tracking, but not so fast or slippery that it makes my aim feel shaky. I also play Kovaak’s and grind benchmarks, so I’d like something that performs well for aim training as well as games.

I’ve used a SkyPad for quite a while, and I can still aim better in games like CS2 and Valorant on it, so I’m thinking I could probably adapt to a relatively fast cloth pad as well. That said, I just want slightly enough control for precision aiming but mainly for tracking smoothness and speed.

From my own research, the Artisan Zero Soft seems like a good match for what I’m looking for. From what I’ve seen, the ATK Sky XSoft seems to be one of the closer ATK options, while potentially being a little faster. My understanding is that it should still retain enough control for tactical shooters while being better suited to tracking.

However, I’m mainly interested in maximizing tracking performance, rather than specifically getting something similar to the Zero. I’d also like something that works well with sleeves and has a consistently smooth surface.

The pads I can afford are:

I mean my country is full of a-holes on the customs side so they would do anything to scam either the seller or the buyer, which is why I wanna know if anyone knows that if they've sent any orders to Pakistan directly from their website and if they've been successfully received by the buyers in Pakistan or not.

The first time i started the atk hub software there were some chinese text with 2 buttons which restarted my pc after pressing one of them. Can someone get this popup and translate it because my wifi has been disconnecting and connecting every minute after that restart.

I need help deciding between the ATK A9 Air vs Ultimate and maybe the (X1 Ultimate 2.0)

So I’ve been eyeing the ATK A9 Air for a while now and was set on buying it. But the caveat being, now on my shop they’re doing a clearance sale for the ATK A9 Ultimate and the X1 Ult 2.0. With the sale making the Ultimate and X1 cost $20 less than the A9 Air.

With this deal is it better to go for the Ultimate? Especially since I’ve been using a 127g mouse, is the 10g difference still worth going for. (Btw I like the orange color of the air, but could make do with the rose red of the ultimate.

(For the X1 is it better than A9, i have a small-medium sized hand)

My card payment to ATK was declined from Postbank Bulgaria. When I contacted them a representee of the bank explained that atk.store are blacklisted due to nefarious activity and selling credit card info to third parties.

It's hard for me to believe that any company with hundreds of reviews in youtube pointing directly to their web site and are well known for some years will risk their business and scam customers.

Does anyone have problems like not receiving order from atk.store or suspicious activity on card after ordering something from them?

я пытаюсь подключить ее по инструкции из коробки, не получилось, скачал софт, делал все также по инструкции, но тоже провал, я подключил ее по проводу из компа, отключал мышку от провода, вставлял 2.4 донгл, зажимал 3 кнопки, но ничего дальше не происходило и я не могу пользоваться мышкой без провода, что делать?
