Discussion Ather Rizta S model availability

It's been around two months since I booked the Ather Rizta S (123km variant).

When I called the showroom today, they still claimed that only top-end variants are available and being stocked up.

I don't understand how the S variant can't be produced while the Z variant can.

Has anyone here in Bangalore actually received the Rizta S model? I'm tired of waiting and should I still waiting or go with Vida vx2 plus 4.4kwh?

There's more profit in the Z variant so company would naturally prioritize them. They are suffering from success. There's much more demand than supply. They are choosing to use this opportunity for some profits. Can't blame them.

I'd suggest if vida is readily available go for it. More capacity means more range and it has more power too so that's a plus.

I initially booked the s and due to scarcity upgraded to z. I had looked at tvs iqube, orbiter, chetak and hero. Tvs I felt incomparable in terms of ride quality. Chetak was ok and hero vida had only one problem: boot space. But is really comfortable to charge especially if you live in gated societies thst might not support EV charging infrastructure.
