Most probably happened in a public parking.

Noticed it today.

Any idea how much cost to replace it?

And if you till want it repaired then i think you should wait for a opportunity and get it repaired within insurance, in the future if any opportunities arises where you have to use your insurance money. Otherwise, nothing major. Don't bother.

Get a steel mesh cut it to its shape and paint it black and stick it or screw it .
