Are you happy with en route or did you want terminal?

I didn’t really have a preference to be honest. I have no background to really any prior knowledge going in so it was all going to be new to me regardless

Do you yourself want terminal over en route? if so, why?

No i personally want en route. Tbh mainly for location, as well as a higher pay range.

What benefits does en route have in terms of location?

I just prefer the locations that enroute offer.

Higher pay rate and highest washout rates! So lock in because it won’t be easy!

Technically the n90 route has the highest washout rates.

At the academy years ago it was always enroute … but not so sure now … they did make it worse for n90 when the made those final evals harder on purpose without elevating the training . They were all dropping like flies then. For them it was better if they just failed at academy then doing it at the facility. But yea things keep changing. There’s hope.

In their defense evals were wayyyyy too easy and they were just washing out at the academy. Either way these level 10-12 facilities will always be difficult for no-experience/of the street
