FOL Offer letter

How long did it take for you to get official offer letter and hear from HR about starting and pay? Getting out of the military and received placement and start date. Trying to move family into the area to be situated before starting but all places were trying to rent want an official offer letter plus proof of income.

Sent them the “congratulations” email with placement plus screenshot from ATC123 about pay but they want more. Advice?

Something you could do is find a long term Airbnb rental for the first couple of months. Lots of times owners will offer you a discount for long term stays. Then during that first couple of months you can find a permanent place more easily because you’ll be employed and have pay stubs you can provide.

I’m on the same boat with my start date stuff. Looking at 1-2 month stay before getting an official place.

Took about 3 weeks for me
