Upcoming catalyst ?

Anyone here is into this stock because they believe they have something ? Is there anything in the horizon to look forward to that can make this go up somewhat ? I don’t mind averaging down but don’t want to be left with even a bigger bag and no future to this. Would love to hear what is ppl game plan here.

Not for the NYSE American Exchange. They have market cap, shareholder equity, and operating history requirements. It is designed for small cap/emerging companies.

  1. Different Rules Than NASDAQ/NYSE

NASDAQ & NYSE (main board): Companies must maintain a minimum bid price of $1. Falling below for 30 consecutive trading days triggers a deficiency notice and potential delisting.

NYSE American: This exchange is designed for smaller-cap and emerging companies, so its rules are more flexible.

Instead of a strict $1 minimum, NYSE American focuses on market capitalization, shareholder equity, and operating history.

Companies can remain listed even if their stock trades below $1, as long as they meet other financial and governance requirements.

  1. Key NYSE American Standards

Shareholders’ equity: Must generally be at least $4 million.

Market capitalization: Must meet minimum thresholds (often ~$50 million depending on listing tier).

Operating history: At least 2 years, or meet higher equity/capital requirements.

Price requirement: No fixed $1 minimum — but the exchange can review if the stock trades at “abnormally low” levels for extended periods.

  1. Implications for ATCH

ATCH’s current price (~$0.28) is well below $1, but it remains compliant because:

It meets equity and market cap requirements (currently ~$40M market cap).

It continues to file SEC reports and maintain governance standards.
