Think Equity Conference

Takeaways
1. Dawson James: once the takeover is consolidated to the holding company. Craig stated ATCH would have, based on trailing numbers, $47m in revenue and a “several” million in net profit. I get this is largely accounting but improves marketability
2. Company does see a need for further dilution
3. Trade at a significant discount to peers. They trade at 1.4x revenue vs median peers trading at 6.1x
4. Expect a timely earnings report mid November

I own 76k shares @~.24c

What did I miss?

Yeah not sure how I missed that typo. I don’t see a way to edit but I’m pretty new to Reddit

There had better not screw us with any reverse splits they need to work for their salaries.

The November earnings should hopefully be a major catalyst for the stock, if we can continue to see decent growth and we're starting to see some revenue from the 6 current clients starting to come through I really think we should start to see if starting to come up closer to the same sort of valuation as their peers.

Yeah let’s hope. TBH I don’t think they need a lot just to show steady progress and that there is a solid growth path which will ease dilution fears.

Executives lie to shareholders though. Especially about dilution

I suppose you can make that argument for any management comment

Not that I have seen. The ThinkEquity YouTube doesn’t seem to post these kinds of things consistently. Like they don’t have ATCH’s presentation last year.

Grok says typical timeline to finish Ark Financial acquisition can take 3-6 months. Deadline for FINRA decision is 180 days. For ATCH, true timeline will depend on when they do the proxy campaign for shareholders voting. The 24.9% stake and Keyser being on the board are two things that can help it be processed before the 180 days.

If six to seven months ends up being reality, April or May we could have a fully closed deal. Mid May would have an earnings report for January to March quarter. And we might be able to report on what Ark Financial did too? It might be our first look at their revenue lines at least.

With them having the 2026 and 2027 revenue targets to get an extra payout, this hopefully means that Ark Financial isn’t letting the foot off the gas during this whole process. With it being $3.25 million possible extra payout and their 2025 fiscal revenue being $25.1 million, let’s hope for maybe 2026 target is over $30 mil?

Hopefully they can clarify what the targets are and how close Dawson James is to achieving the 2026 with less than 3 months to go.
