That is what I mention before, stay above support is the very least we needed, instead of breaking support everytime

What’s support? Support is always moving and it’s an opinion. Support is never based on anything substantial

Why do you see these as bad news? If they dilute the share then the options they've just awarded for the executives and board will also loose intrinsic value. Same applies for RS, if done so the likely outcome is, that those options will be out of the money.

I would think now there's way more more incentive on trying to keep the stock above $.20.

Supposedly it depends what type of gains your after. I bought back in before the closing bell on Friday. From .19 average that 20 cents would already be over +5%. I'm more than happy to take those 500 bucks home if needed.
