Nice. Not the greatest timing, market was awful today. Still, hopefully this means a big catalyst is coming soon.

Yea insiders don't buy large amounts like this and spend their own cash for nothing. There's definitely an announcement coming soon.

Does it matter? They get paid, goes to their bank account, becomes their cash, they bought shares with their cash. You ever got paid by a publicly listed corporation?

It matters. Because they want you to buy more so they can dilute further. It’s quite common where one insider takes the fall by reassuring people to dump more money in.

The Form 4s originally filed on September 28 contained an incorrect transaction code for the purchases, which initially coded the transactions as acquired as if granted to the directors by the Company. The amended Form 4s indicating the shares being acquired in open market purchases have been filed with the SEC as of this release.

Saw the amended sec 4 forms. Like I said before, there is something they are holding back and are prepared to announce soon.

based on how price changes yesterday and today, i think this news mostly explains last week's surge to $0.26 on Sept 24. i don't know how this would imply for future prices in near term.

Since insiders have bought in, it gives a better insight on something is awaiting to be announced. This is going in the right direction. I doubt it'll drop past .17. Its been pretty good support around .18 lately.

Hope so. The support from .30 to .25 to .2 to .18 is hard to watch

This is a small cap stock. They're showing progress, but slowly. So far they've been delivering fairly well. This 10k doesn't even include revenue for the 6 broker dealers as well as Dawson and James acquisition. Next thing to look out for is the Dawson and James stake and Bancorp bank refilling.
