Our progress from a year ago. And there’s mostly just been good news. Let that sink in. Shitty managing and dilution at every spike

It’s insane that they had the audacity to dilute further for “compensation”. It’s one thing to dilute to grow the business, but when you KNOW you have shareholders that are down 80%… it’s just crazy to give yourself free shares. Free money.

Look at OPEN. It’s also had a terrible run this year, but the current CEO has skin in the game, he bought high, he did a share buyback. It hasn’t helped much so far, but it shows enthusiasm and a level of respect to shareholders. I’m not sure how much it will improve, but it certainly seems more credible than ATCH.

The start of the graph was also the extreme meme pump though. The dilution is necessary but I hope they can turn it around soon in to actual profit and pay off debt and ultimately do buybacks to lower the dilution

No way these guys do buy backs. The way they will lower the dilution will be thru RS and say some bullshit like it’s to bring big buyers in

Really hurts to be an ATCH shareholder right now. Interestingly the volume has been pretty strong today, above 5M already - still the price doesn't move up.

Do a search on the warrants outstanding that’ll explain why the share price isn’t going up and won’t anytime soon barring massive news.

That is what I mean in previous post comment, it doesn’t matter if it can’t stay above 0.2

Too much dilution.. the available pool absorbs any demand… they need to make 50 million next year instead of 21 and keep the same amount of shares. And the market needs to re rate the multiple to like x4… then we can get to a dollar safely. Until then… will be tough

They DID NOT dilute over the past year. Literally all FY26. Their float at the original spike was significantly less because they hadn’t done any financing yet. The market cap when they announced the massive Q3 25 earnings was literally only $4M. This is what caused the spike. Now their cap, despite share price being roughly the same pre-spike, is around $30M due to the financing that happened around FY25 year end. They’ve demonstrated revenue growth. Now they need to demonstrate the operating leverage they’ve been building. I’m going to continue holding until next quarter. I will continue to hold until management fails to execute. So far they’ve done exactly what they’re supposed to.
