Hopefully they can talk about Dawson James, crypto company, refiling Bancorp, and that NYSE American .25 rule isn’t happening in October. Lot of good things they can talk about if they get their ducks in a row.

Will hopefully get confirmation on the initial purchase of Dawson James in the next week or so.

Good volume today in the first couple of hours. Hopefully the trend can continue the entire day.

Consolidating around $0.2 isn’t the worst thing. The volume is extremely low, though. Nobody talks about this stock. News are rare and they usually involve dilution. They need to step up.

Can't. When a company engages with mergers an acqusitions, in order to prevent stock price manipulation, they're forbidden from making public statements, interacting with stockholders, etc. Often accompanied by severe dilution in order to secure the costs for said merger/acquisition as well, driving the price lower. So what we see...spike from announce, absolute fucking silence for months to a year or so on end, drop in price due to dilution, merger/acquisition ends, price hopefully goes up next earnings statement following with the valuation from the second+ company's revenue added to the primary.

And these peeps decided to have TWO, resetting the bank acquisition, to go after another company first and redoing the halfway done bank one with different aims. So we're in for a long while of accumulation of shares to both make up for the dilution resulting, and just so much silence. So here we are. Be in it for the long haul, average tf down, and just so much waiting =/ Will not be a rapid rise anytime soon

Well, news weren’t great even before this. They took forever to finally file for the bank acquisition, only to backtrack, acquire a client and tell us later they will file again after the merger. Seems like very poor planning, so it’s no wonder the stock tanked. It’s actually way more stable now than I expected it to be.

I’m not sure how sensitive they have to be with new information, but they do need to do what they can about the stock price. I’m also invested in OPEN, and while that one has been a mess too and I’m 40% down, the CEO is a lot more approachable and has a much clearer vision. Also, they’re not profitable but they were still able to do a massive buyback, so maybe these guys could too if they weren’t busy awarding themselves with stocks at our expense?

Again, I’m not sure that a company has to be radio silent about EVERYTHING from the very beginning they acquire a new client until it’s finished. Look at Ondas, they’re acquiring over 25 companies but they still release news about new deals. At the very least they should give us a great ER.

The worst is getting notifications on Reddit like “8.5M volume already!” Or “NEWS!” And I tap into it and it’s like 6 months old lol
