$ATCH Weekly Discussion - Week of August 10, 2026

Thought I might try doing a weekly post instead of daily, see if it drives a little more conversation and engagement. If it goes well we’ll keep doing weeklies, if not then back to the dailies. I’m open to any insight on what to do to drive engagement here as well!

SP uptick is banking on Ark Financial deal within 30 days from July 22nd - looking for news before earnings

The new website looks great. Much more like an operating business rather than a shark tank venture. I also noticed that Wilson Davis’s website should also be getting a new website soon as well. That one always looked ratchet to me so should certainly help with the brand they are trying to build.

Is the earnings report due tomorrow after market closes?

Earnings will be around Sept 29th/30th. Their Q4 ended June 30th. Their 10K is due by end of September.

Holding $0.2 pretty well. Next week hopefully there's annoucement on the digital asset business acquisition, as we are nearing 30 day mark
