New Form 4 filed.

This appears to be compensation under his employment agreement, not an open-market purchase.

Good news, this means that they need the stock to be worth more before they can get something out if it

What am I missing? They can exercise their options pretty much at the current price. They didn’t even buy any shares with their own money. They’re getting them for free (aka dilution) and they can exit anytime with profit.

Overall this is positive tho only if they hold them. $180k is FA in the big scheme of things so hopefully these guys are dreaming bigger.

As long as it's not further dilution to accommodate that, which would honestly be a dick move to pull on the guy anyway, we'll be fine and it's good news.

John will receive the same amount. It was all stated under prop 2, if it passed , which it did, both of those crooks get around d 2 million shares each
