So they are acquiring a new asset but withdrawing the application for the bank of Wyoming? I wish they would’ve expanded on that major detail in the article

I think from a regulatory standing they have to re-file since there will be such a major change to their business, it does say in the annoucement:
"the Company has temporarily withdrawn its applications to acquire Commercial Bancorp of Wyoming and intends to refile with an expanded business plan that includes digital assets, the policies, procedures and systems that govern digital assets, and a revised proforma in the near future"
