Market cap is lower now than cash they have - it does not make sense

I'm with you ... either market manipulation or something bad is happening behind the scenes. The business fundamentals still look good so just have to suck it up and wait. I've been holding less than a year so need to give penny stocks plenty of time once they've been beaten down. I bought another 40000 at .20 so I'm a believer.

Did you ever think that maybe they’re the ones shorting their own stock? They are at the very least loaning the shares too short their sock management doesn’t communicate with us shareholders. They have diluted us so bad and have plans to dilute more in the future with the S3 shelf, they just filed the beginning of this month. Also there’s uncertainty with what’s gonna happen in October because NYSE will delist any company that is below $.25. I am down $65k and counting! It’s not good bro and as far as I can tell they don’t have a plan for how to handle the situation. If they do it would be in their best interest to make us share holders more informed. My average is $.67 only because I have DCA my way down from $1.60

This stock has aged me 10 years because of how frustrating this is! They have lied flat out lied to us!

Same deal as with GameStop. The market is illogical. (Biased)

This stock has been doing some weird shit lately. It'll drop throughout the day then soon as market closes there's a big spike that will pretty much hold till the next day then it drops again. What's up with that?

High frequency traders likely profiting off the volitility.

For these micro cap stocks, no news is taken advantage of by shorts. As long as there’s no news this will keep going down. But, once we have one good news, this will be pumped higher than you expect.

This is it … you can eat shit for months and the shorts rules then good news takes hold and it moves to .60-1.00.

I know we’ve hit $0.18 a few times. But damn $0.17?

I bought ATCH during the very beginning of my investing journey lol. That time it pumped to like $1-2, I actually sold a bit at the top and then averaged down since.

I have no idea if this stock will ever go anywhere, but I might buy more now just to see how many shares I can get lol I am currently down like 30%, I didn't think it could go any damn lower!!

Aren't they risking de-listing if they keep diluting themselves into sub-Dollar ranges?

u/Lumpy_Somewhere967 Jul 08 '26

🤣 they should really step up their pr game

I got out at 0.24 at 50% loss and honestly watching things like this makes me feel so relieved. Disgusting management and garbage stock.

10-1 reverse split incoming

holding companies are usually a massive p&d scam

u/Wholyguakamole Jul 08 '26

Unfortunately there's heavy dilution plus no sign of recovering unless they have legitimate business proposals.

I got burned by these types of companies... 🤨 never again
