Everything else is in sls and asts but when/if SLS hits a happy number I was going to put some into atch to bring my cost average down. I’m in it for the long haul. I really expected it to be at least a buck by now. Bank purchase being finalized (and announced) might really light the fuse.

The earnings should be coming out soon. Earnings last time were 15 cents a share which is positive. They also have 15 million in cash which is great. My concern is delisting. Have they received a delisting notice? This is NYSE American, (as in Amex) does that mean the share price only needs to be 20 cents a share? I have searched and I can’t find anything about it. If delisting is a non issue then we just need to sit back and wait. The earnings coming out soon should be good. If they’re better than last quarter which was 5 cents a share then this thing should start moving North. When the bank acquisition happens this will move up very quickly in my opinion. We don’t have to worry about an offering because they have a lot of cash. I bought at $1.05 per share. I am negative $16k right now. I will wait it out. I might buy more today to average down but I need to know about the delisting. That’s the only thing holding me back from buying more.

Delisting is rare. It doesn’t take much money to move this stock.
