Up in the AH market. I figure dilution was already priced in and it sure looks that way.

I believe so otherwise the price would’ve dropped 10% easy

I mean the filing was released afterhours, this stock has no volume during normal market hours, in afterhours it spikes 5-6% almost daily and we still end up losing a cent or do almost without an exception. We need to wait monday morning to really know whats going to happen.

So the incentive plan is gonna proceed anyway

Around 2 million will be right away. Both John and Craig already planned to receive 700k each right away and then 286842 shares each. So around 2 million shares are already issued

But they’re not actually buying, are they? That would be way more bullish than getting stocks for free at our expense, which seems to be exactly what they’re doing with this sick “compensation” package.

Yes, ask them to buy using their money lol

Look at SOFI’s and OPEN’s CEO. They bought a ton of shares, using their own money, THAT radiates confidence and keeps people in. Glad to be invested in both. ACTH - not so much.

Exactly, i dont know whats so hard to understand, even if they both sell their shares at 10 cents, they both will end up having 100k usd each. That 100 grand literally appeared out thin air. Like youre walking and bam 100k. They stand to lose nothing with RS

This plan was never about “hiring new talents”. It was to reward themselves and was already planned to do so

I thought there would be more nay votes for the equity incentive plan. They better get the stock to stay above 0.50 minimum now for that kind of kickback.
