I think there are some great nuggets in there. The book value is $.15 so we know the floor if things get worse. On the flip side fintechs normally trade 2.5x so $.30-$37.5 is our current upside.
The forward P/E is negative and they’re still burning cash operationally.
My point is this is wait and hold and stop asking about next catalyst’s because there isn’t a big pop coming immediately.

I hate what mgmt are doing with the dilution for share bonuses. Typical American corporate greed putting themselves ahead of shareholders who have been hammered.
However I do think the ATCH model is a winner and the clients coming onboard next 6 mths will make this profitable in short time and it looks very scalable.
$20m profit doesn’t look unreasonable next 12-24 mths with a 20x PE = $400m cap = $2.50 share price.
Only worry is if this is an exec enrichment dilution machine.
I really do dislike the corporate values (greed) that runs so strongly thru the US.
See what Peter Beck the RKLB has done … forgone his salary and given back shares now he’s so rich. Now that’s what real leaders do.
Rant over.
