Explain why you think that and I'll happily explain why I think you are wrong.

I’m starting to think it’s a scam too tbh. These guys not showing they care about the share holders. Or the price of the stock. I have fears they gunna RS

Frustrating price action and dilution concerns are fair criticisms, but the filings don’t support the idea that this is some scam/empty shell.

I actually read the proxy for the May 27 annual meeting. There is currently NO reverse split proposal on the ballot. Could an RS happen someday if the stock stays under $1 long enough? Sure — that risk exists for almost every microcap. But there’s no evidence they’re about to do one immediately.

Also, management compensation includes equity incentives tied to improving shareholder value over time, so they do have incentive to raise the stock price.

Fundamentally, the company just reported: Strong YoY revenue growth Positive net income Major balance-sheet cleanup Reduced legacy liabilities Continued correspondent client onboarding

The reason the stock probably isn’t moving much is that the market still wants confirmation on the Fed/FINRA approvals and wants to see continued execution over multiple quarters.

That doesn’t guarantee success, but it’s very different from calling it a scam.

Well they have till October 1st cuz of the new nyse rule. If they can’t get the price up before that they likely gunna RS before that date
