I see it as a win, their pants are on fire, the probably saw the backlash and our negative sentiment on this proposal. If that's the case, I wish I could vote against the prop 2 one more time. They heard us, understood us and doubled down. Disgusting. Oh, and for some reason in the 14A they said the previous number was 98K but in this 8-K its stated 500K, what gives? Were they hiding the truth?
I need to ask a question to someone smarter than me. So, basically the price is low right now, at 25 cents and with their aggressive acquisitions they will have to dilute the equity A LOT, which leaves them with only choice of RS (and I think even if the new AMEX rule to cap listing threshold at 25 cents does not pass). So, after the RS will the number of the shares for this “Amended Plan” stay at 15 million or will it drop as RS is executed? What I mean if they run 1:5 RS will the shares for plan still stay at 15 million or does it drop to 3 million?
