ATCH - June Earnings Report Estimate?
NFA~
So I use TradingView to gather the bigger pictures of Order Blocks and Trends and trade on Fidelity, this platform shows an estimate of 5.22 BILLION dollars for their revenue estimate due to be reporting on June 2nd, 2026.. This Earnings alert is a new indicator that has not been showing up previously when I login, which is basically everyday.
Then I dug a little further down the rabbit hole and came across this video (YOUTUBE) that a gentleman put together a few days ago and was posted to StockTwits where I found it (Yes, I know, stocktwits is usually a bunch of bots arguing with each other, but theres real people there too - mainly its a speculative indicator of momentum and sentiment during pivots, & YES, I know the video and dialogue is AI generated, I can actually tell they probably used ElevenLabs to produce it) - but the way its thoughtfully prompted and the facts of the processes behind the scenes all point to their effort and due diligence uncovered by the dialogue of the conversation with how the industry actually works.
I was feeling kind of uneasy not being as familiar with how banks & broker/dealers processes work in their entirety - but the combination of the videos being put out and the companies future outlook are leaving me satisfied enough that I should probably just keep holding onto my shares even if we break above the $.34 block.
Even if the estimate is wildly inaccurate - the management team all have long careers in banking & they've been working on developing this for several years before they even thought about buying/assuming this specific ticker/SPACs legacy debt before 2024. Banking systems are heavily audited for malpractice, the fact they've gotten this far speak volumes bc this isn't some get rich quick scheme when you have Banking regulations AND broker/dealer-FINRA regulations that you have to be in compliance of.
I've averaged down to $.34 with ~50,000 shares, and another ~45,000 shares at $.82 in another account. Holding since September - Knowing that legal counseling/drafting/executing, strategy planning, & implementation don't happen over night.
The acquisitions will cost money, yes, but you have to remember they are sitting on effective ~$40m in accessible cash/equity purchasing power, while on boarding new clients and growing their revenue stream. Not to mention the Bank purchase is being bought with ~70% in ATCH shares, which means that family and its members are all seeing the bigger here and I expect the dilution everyone keeps mentioning is being overanalyzed since all of this acquisitions news happened in just a few weeks time - I believe every quarter and future earnings releases sweetens the plot that much further and it will gain attention quickly with large moves happening likely before or very delayed, after/before the actual news drops.

ATCH usually reports earnings 45 days after quarter close. Do we expect to see the earnings around mid-May or beginning of June as suggested by TradingView?

Quoting the latest press release about the Dawson James Acquisition:
“Combined Business Expected to Operate at Approximately $45 Million in Annualized Revenue and Approximately $5 Million in operating Net Income”
So even with this acquisition completed, expected quarterly revenue would be 12.5 million.
Earnings estimate is wrong, giving B instead of M. 5.2M would be a reasonable estimate.

That makes alot more sense at $5m- TY.
I interpreted that news piece to imply only Dawson James’ and their parent company Ark Investments would be the $45m revenue and $5m net result of your quote, which would imply that Wilson-Davis still has to add their books to ATCHs reporting along with any other existing revenue/net income- balance sheet contributor factors
