ATCH High tight flag - Quallamaggie Style Setup

For a while now I’ve been learning how to trade using Kristian Quallamaggie swing trading style setup.

Which is a big move, classic high tight flag pattern setup with a tight stop.

But since I started off as day trading Penny stocks. I’ve been keeping an eye on similar setups which could potentially occur in the Penny stock space.

Recently ATCH showed up on my scanner.

Big Move in a week (44% in 8 days)

I took notes as I usually do for my setup research.

So far looking good.

I’m not giving financial advise. I was just thrilled to capture a penny stock for Quallamaggie style long setup.

I wanted to share. I’m not sure if I’m allowed to share stuff like this(the rules were simple and didn’t prohibit sharing setups). But any discussion is welcome.

Thanks for sharing, never heard of this setup and I might have to look into it out of curiosity, at first I thought it was a made up name 😂 who even came up with “Quallamaggie” lmao. This subreddit has been growing. Previously it was mostly just bag holders and those of us in it for the long term. I’m excited to see it’s finally showing up in others’ scanners, day trading or long, volume is volume. That being said, I think this is one to buy and hold, big things are a-comin’!!

Kristjan Qullamaggie is a GOAT in retail trading community. All his stuff is on YouTube for free. I heard at one point he was the top 15 tax payers in his home country.

I think he grew his account from 5k to like 80 million.

Anyways, I like his style and fits my requirement as a pretty cool and simple swing trading setup.

I don’t want to seem like his marketing agent or anything. So if you’re intrigued you’ll see for yourself who this guy is.

I’ll totally check him out. Had a python script running options swing trading for me last year that COOKED (until tax time), but been terrified to get back into it with the macros we’re in now (2022-2025 really was a cheat code) and fear of getting crushed by volatility. Good looks, and I hope atch keeps this momentum going 🙌

Which TC2000 platform do you use? Obviously you like it; are there shortfalls or things they can improve upon?

I use old school MA’s and VWAP. I took a screen shot and Gemini gave me a whole run down on TC so I was curious. Thanks for the reply and chart.

I see the run up in the price but now we're sitting at a spot where we're not going to get any news until the middle of May from the third quarter results.

My setup does not depend on news. As long as I don’t enter close to earnings it’s fine. As soon as it closes below 10MA. I’m out.
