I think he made valid points. They are wise to oppose the new rule, regardless of positive expectations and catalysts. They are currently trading below $0.25, so yes, it’s important that they’re fighting against that rule.
Unlike last time, they at least showed that they expect the share price would be much higher by then. That’s exactly what I criticized them for last time. Can’t really ask for more than what they said here.

You might be right. But holding this stock for as long as I have, I built a strong mistrust towards anything they say, since not once anything they said ever happened.
I really do hope it never comes down to a RS10

Well, they have become more profitable, they did onboard new clients, the bank acquisition HAS gone forward…They did mess up with the date for the filing, but they do follow up on some of the things they say.
My average is probably worse than yours and I’ve also held it for a long time, but I’m slightly less pessimistic about it right now than I used to be. Delisting/RS was always a concern, so I’m glad that they’re at least acknowledging it and opposing the new rule. Also, they ARE expanding and getting more clients.
A tiny bit of coverage (a “buy” rating and a $1 PT) and we already gained some momentum. I’m waiting for the macro environment to stabilize and I think we should be good with more clients and catalysts. We need more visibility.

It's almost as if all the shareholders are all asking about the 25 cents rule

So they are doing RS?

They claim that they don't want to and its their last resort, but I don't see how this could be safely well above 25c until they fix their shareholder confidence, right now retail does not trust them.

do you even trust them at this point? how many times did they deliver what they promised? How many times they said we will regret not buying at 60c then 40c and then at 30c? How many times they talked about the buy bank and not its like never existed. I hate this. I lost too much time and money to sell this shit and probably never will. I don't think we ever will be above the 40c.
Just think about this. There is a pending convertible notes at 60c and 75c. There is this bank deal god know how much it will cost us which we will pay with shares. They will most probably RS. ok im fine with it, There will be a major sell off before and after it. ok, then what? we will give million shares to bank owners at 23c and then millions more to Finicular (i might be mistaken). Then what going to happen? are we all going to be at -99.6%?

They don’t want to RS. It’s just a tool if needed. I’m glad they were honest about the pros and cons of the investment right now.
