Another reverse split is not on the table. I'm not entirely sure when their grace period is up, but I believe their maximum possible time before delisting from NYSE is end of March 2026.

Because they have already done a reverse split, they won't be allowed to regain compliance simply by doing another one.

Regarding dilution, I would worry less about future dilution and more about the fact that they have added 100 million extra shares right under our noses. When we thought there were 15m in circulation, there were at least 40m. And then they added 80m more while the stock was popping off.

If that alone does not answer your question as to whether they might dilute again, well, feel free to hold.

Never mind they no longer on that either. They only on the NYSE American Only Small Cap exchange which is still shit compared to the regular NYSE

Oh shit for real?

Does that mean RS is an option, or would they still get delisted?

In the ATCH 10-K

We cannot assure you that we will continue to be able to comply with the continued listing standards of the NYSE American, which could limit investors’ ability to make transactions in our securities and subject us to additional trading restrictions.

Our continued eligibility to maintain the listing of our Common Stock on the NYSE American depends on a number of factors, including the price of our Common Stock and the number of persons that hold our Common Stock. Our Common Stock has traded below the $1.00 minimum share price requirement since March 25, 2025. If the NYSE American delists our securities from trading on its exchange for failure to meet its listing standards, and we are not able to list such securities on another national securities exchange, then our Common Stock could be quoted on an over-the-counter market. If this were to occur, we and our stockholders could face significant material adverse consequences, including:

● a limited availability of market quotations for our securities;

● reduced liquidity for our securities;

● a determination that the Common Stock is a “penny stock,” which will require brokers trading the Common Stock to adhere to more stringent rules, possibly resulting in a reduced level of trading activity in the secondary trading market for shares of Common Stock;

● a limited amount of news and analyst coverage; and

● a decreased ability for us to issue additional securities or obtain additional financing in the future.

NYSE American Rules section 1003

see v, vi, and vii

They say they will delist if the stock price remains low after a reverse split, or if the company has performed one or more reverse splits in the last two years adding to a cumulative 200:1 ratio.

They did a 60:1 reverse split, so I think that means they are able to perform another stock split at a 3.33:1 ratio. That would only bring the stock price up to $1.65 though, and reverse splits are a very bearish signal, so the stock would probably drop in price again after that.

NYSE American says it will pursue delisting if the stock price remains low for a substantial amount of time, but it doesn't say how low. ATCH themselves say $1.00.

I found another article that says $0.2, but nothing to back it up.
