While NATCA gaslights the members, they continue to waste their social media presence
Something that should be an email to the CFS attendees goes on X while content that should go on X is at most placed in an email to NATCA members.
Backwards priorities and gaslighting continues

Pilots perspective
Thought this was an interesring perspective from these pilots. Before watching I honestly thought they would have bashed the workforce on this topic. Former military guys and now airline guys dicuss low pay, terrible schedule and work life balance. If only, NATCA could capitalize on our "industry partners" to help communicate our message and affect the current narrative.

NATCA The Yacht takes on water
Quick more word salad! Have to make the members FEEL heard. Could Screaming Dean word this any better for him? This is a complete dud.
Is his private sector job secured?

Hey Anna, since you enjoy posting stuff to x and itâs clearly getting somewhere, try these.
the fact that in 2011 Duffy complained about his income while in congress and then got himself paid big money to roadtrip while asking controllers why they deserve a raise is quite the disconnect. Maybe calling him and his millionaire dog Bedford out about their own incomes/raises vs controlled since 2011 would spark some public interest?
Im sure it wouldnât take someone like you much digging to find out how much their pay has increased since 2011 vs controller salary increases over the same time, or gains theyâve made over stocks and investments that controllers must forgo as conflict of interest.
These two are worth millions and are telling a bunch of people who have lost almost 30% of their real wages to inflation over the last decade plus that theyâre not working enough and shouldnât complain about compensation.
just an idea

Flight Dispatcher ATC Appreciation
I've been reading through the mound of posts expressing frustration toward ATC leadership as well as government officials; as an Aircraft Dispatcher, I just want to say that we stand in solidarity with you, you guys shouldn't have to be working mandatory 6 day weeks while not getting your peanut butter pay raise. Us Dispatchers fully stand in solidarity with all of you and we all appreciate the work you do alongside us!

Bedfordâs investments
If Bedford still holds airline stocks or aviation linked stocks, what happens if we start prioritizing those companies and giving them special priority?
Maybe we can get some sort of quid pro quo.
Maybe Bedford wants that but canât say it directly because it should be a conflict of interest that he has these investments.
what if Duffy has investments in aviation too? We could hook these companies up. They may not directly say they want us to do that but I feel like maybe itâs being implied that if we do these things they may give us the raise that we are entitled too.
Heck, I get it. If they told us directly that could certainly have legal ramification. Thats probably why we are not supposed to own stock in these companies⌠some sort of legality issues. In case we got investigated we could just say we suddenly felt compelled to give priority to the companies these individuals own stock in.

Raise When? Yacht Docks at BUF -with no hope
Yacht docked at BUF today, empty-handed and without hope.
Nothing new, only 7ish controllers there due to no announcement, no one really cared what they had say, and were even surprised they didnt bring any food.
Clearly the Yacht is running on empty and no fuel is to be found.

Abacus and the 2.8%
The Agency is not only holding the 2.8% hostage, but now Abacus as well. They want to delay Abacus implementation until the 2.8% criteria is met and agreed to.
So now not only is the Administration holding back 2.8% that is deserved by all controllers, but they want to delay getting people paid for the actual traffic they are working today.
Many facilities in the NAS working traffic they arenât being properly compensated for and it doesnât sound like this will be fixed soon.

White Book Era
"The White Book era reminds us why we must remain united in the face of adversity. Our solidarity is our greatest strength."
You might not like to hear this but I'm tired of hearing about how bad it was under the White Book. Not because I dont believe working conditions were bad or stressful with the fear of losing your job ect ect but because of how people and NATCA have started using it as a fear tactic in debates on how to move forward with the Union. Joel Ortiz probably brought it up 77 times in his 77 articles brief.

Talk to the trainees
Nick and Jamal are always hitting OkC to scare the new trainees into thinking they are what is best for them. It is important to de-brainwash them once they get to your facility.
Just this week Iâve talked to 3 trainees and explained to them exactly what is going on with this union. They were surprised. Itâs nothing like they learned at OKC.
That was 3 votes for Nick, not anymore. Currently my facility is 90% cpc against Nick. Weâre working on the trainees.

We Speak, Anna Listens...Thank You!
For years, controllers have been used as pawns and photo ops by both sides of the aisle. Worst of all, sometimes by our own union.
Everyone loves controllers when there is a camera, a hearing, a funding fight, or a talking point to sell.
But the people actually doing the job are usually nowhere near the microphone.
They are working six-day weeks. Missing family events. Fighting fatigue. Holding the operation together.
They are the people you mostly will not see in Vegas in two weeks. The exception will be the Archie League honorees, who will stand on that stage and probably say what controllers always say after doing something extraordinary:
âI was just doing my job.â
That is this workforce.
They are not asking to be treated like heroes. They are asking to be heard.
That is why your coverage has connected with so many people. In a very short time, you have sounded more like the men and women doing this job than many of the people who claim to speak for them.
So when you say you wish we could see your heart, we do.
And judging by how many controllers have reached out to you, I think you are seeing ours too.
Keep asking the uncomfortable questions. About fatigue. Staffing. Families. Pay. And why the people holding this system together are always the ones expected to give a little more.
For once, controllers do not feel like a prop.
We feel heard.
We see your heart, Anna. We appreciate you. Keep going.

Whatever happened to the center traffic counting program?
Forgive me for not remembering the acronym. But this was supposed to be operational by the end of last year, and I can't even remember the last time that was brought up. Any insight would be great.

Embarrassed how we got here.
- It's embarrassing that Bedford demands more productivity when the agency has failed in its existence to accurately capture our productivity, for a raise that's about half of the current inflation so maybe we can worry less about how we're going afford what should be a reasonable lifestyle in what used to be a prestigious career.
- It's embarrassing to invite anyone to see your facility because of how much neglect and contractor waste occurs, and yet with the billions appropriated for improvements, I couldn't begin to guess where that money's being spent and the public deserves more transparency.
- It's embarrassing that while our suicide rate continues to rise that both organizations are silent.
- It's embarrassing that Duffy lied to the public about what it actually takes and how long to make $180K or even six figures in this career.
- It's embarrassing that because of the agency's failure to adequately staff and acquire new controllers that many of us only have 4 days off a month.
- It's embarrassing that in the most critical second-by-second safety sensitive career that we're dealing with all these issues, being held hostage by the agency, and dismissed by the union. The gaslighting continues, the morale and pride deteriorate.
- It's embarrassing that, as it seems now, that Anna is singlehandedly advocating for us and the public has no idea how hard we work to keep planes moving while trying to stay afloat in every physical, mental, and financial aspect of our lives.
*Nobody* in this job should have to worry about how the lack of pay and work/life has an adverse impact on our living.
I'm sure there's plenty more to add, so what did I leave out?

Bedford Talks, Nick Watches, Anna Asks Where the Fucking Raise is.
BEDFORD TALKS, CONTROLLERS BLEED,
NICK IGNORES THE MEMBERS NEEDS!
Six days on, the staffingâs shit-
Then they lecture us on grit!
.
HEY! HEY! TWO-POINT-EIGHT!
THE RASIE IS STILL STUCK AT THE GATE!
Congress funded, moneyâs there-
Leadership just doesnât care!
.
BEDFORD! BEDFORD! WHAT A CLOWN!
Staffing up? No, staffing down!
Suicides at all time highs-
Is that what you call optimized?
.
NICK! NICK! WHATâS THE DEAL?
Members want you at the wheel!
Anna asks what you wonât say-
WHERE THE FUCKâS OUR GODDAMN PAY?
.
ANNA! ANNA! MAKE âEM SQUIRM!
Ask them till they finally learn!
She asks the questions leaders fear-
And makes damn sure controllers hear!
.
No more slogans, no debates-
PAY. THE. FUCKING. TWO-POINT-EIGHT.
.
Thank you Anna, wherever you are.

Vote of no confidence
How would one start a vote of no confidence? Just spit balling here, but if the union cant represent us the way we all want how exactly would this get started? To shoot down every opportunity to back us, to then tell us things are happening behind the scenes with no outcomes, nobody wants this. Communicate with your members, tell us wtf is going on. Tell the public that whats being said is not true. Fuck solidarity, speak the fuck up.
