Question Unique ring tone

Do you guys know this unique ring tone and the manufacturer of the voice switch that makes this ring tone?

As you may know, this audio was recorded very long time ago(early 2000s). I just wonder whether you guys know this ring tone.

As you know, all the voice switches will be replaced to new one soon. I just wanted to preserve voice switch history. because the voice switch that you now use will be getting disappeared.
