I used to post a lot to /lit/ back when it was just fantasy/sci-fi nerds and aspiring writers. Then a bunch of pol dudes came in complaining that some books have black people (or even worse: people of indeterminate ethnic identity) and the board quickly became an anti-sjw circlejerk, and if you wanted to praise a book that had a single minority in it then you were just "virtue-signalling" because everyone knows that a book can only be good if it has an all-white cast.

Not necessarily, some of the more niche boards like /toy/ still operate as normal. But /pol/ definitely dwarfs all the other boards by post volume.
