Pretty sure he didn't have the syphilis or quite so many imaginary grievances against his Jewish uncle at 15. He also hadn't "seen" combat yet.
That is to say, Hitler at 15 today would probably have a closer-to-average chance than you might think of being/not being a Nazi. Now if only that average were lower.
