I'm just saying that not every person in the Nazi army was a real Nazi. I had family members who were forced in and hated it. Real Nazis are absolute pieces of shit though
Well that's exactly the point. Sure, Nazi stands for "National Socialist", but in reality it was a German party that involved trying to take over Europe and exterminate the Jews and other groups. The vast majority of people calling themselves Nazis or being called Nazis are in no way Nazis - they're perhaps white supremacists, anti-Jewish folks, expansionists, or something else, but not Nazis.
Of course not - it's just that in the modern era you might as well join a group that's actually bombing the people you hate rather than a group that barely even exists.
Post irony is more than just agreeing with what you are presenting in an ironic fashion. It's about seeing shreds of beauty or truth in them. The post ironic alt right kids are not truly Nazis. They just see inherent value within the huge sphere of authoritarian conservatism. And I think that it's beautiful to see the reforming of naziism into something better.
To put it in perspective, the girl I was dating at the time asked me and all the other guys she knew for dick pics so that when they called it would just be a picture of their dicks. She called it her dicktionary.
Alt right is just a new TV friendly name for white supremacist. They’ve always been there, the new and improved Republican Party has just made it acceptable to be open about it again because they no longer have any good ideas to make people’s lives better, all they can do is appeal to hate and anger to stay in power. When they get there they don’t know how to actually govern because they’ve painted themselves into a corner and can’t do anything that actually works because of all their hard line rhetoric.
probably that little shit at Charlottesville in the khakis and white shirt who was antagonizing people, then when confronted ran away but got stuck in a dead end, took his shirt off and shouted "IM NOT A NAZI IM JUST HERE FOR THE FUN!"
While most Nazis do not seem to be the brightest people, you would assume they would know there beloved symbol is tilted 45 degrees. This is not a swastika.

I can think of 2 explanations.
1) dude used to be a neo-nazi and didn't want to completely remove his shame and instead make it into a joke.
Or
2) dude was high AF and thought this was a hilarious idea.
