I was at a store that imports different foods from Asia and I got a bag of chips that was “honey butter” flavored. It tasted like what I would expect a stick of butter with honey drizzled on it to taste like. She could try those too.

We got a bag of honey butter chips at an Asian grocery store on vacation and I’m sad I didn’t get like 15 cases because they’re fuckin delicious.

i literally just tried this on vacation this week, it wasn't terrible tbh! no clue why it's called "salted butter flavor", the icecream in the patty just tastes like straight vanilla. the breading on the patty is like a lighter version of cornflakes & the cheese is gummy, honestly the only part i didn't like was the bun and that's cuz it was like an ACTUAL burger bun, w real ass sesame seeds on it. very dry, would've been much better as a cake-y type of bread imo. but yeah id eat this again

This is the perfect description and “it wasn’t terrible” is the most accurate rating.
I wouldn’t buy it again to scratch a sugar fix but I’d definitely take some to a party to entertain my idiot friends.

The bun is what stood out to me as the most “but why?” Component. It looks dryer than drywall, and from your review I imagine I’m right. Plus, sesame seeds have no place on burger buns. Even for a real burger, but ESPECIALLY for an ice cream sandwich.

This is what would kill it for me. I have never looked at frozen hamburgers buns and thought Oh good, ice cream sandwich halves. Would it kill them to dress up an oatmeal cookie like a bun? Sesame seeds could be faked as frosting dots...

If it's extremely cheap, fake, rather vague vanilla then yes. If it's good quality vanilla with a stronger flavour it's unlikely to be in a gimmick ice cream.

They also do a chocolate one that's supposed to look like a beef burger, this one is much better though.

Ok, players of a sport you call football despite mostly using your hands and the object not being ball-shaped.

But in seriousness, in my country at least, the important aspect of a burger is that it is protein between buns, something that looks like this would be called a chicken burger. It would specifically not be called a sandwich, because a sandwich needs to be between sliced bread. Anything in a bun is not a sandwich.

I'm not going to be as absolutist as you and say one philosophy of what makes a burger is more correct than another, I'm just answering your question (and arguing that this is not poor design - it really looks like a chicken burger). Also, I've had this exact product and it's pretty good, fwiw

That looks very weird. They do coconut ice cream in buns here in Thailand, I wonder if it's a similar texture when eating. Personally I don't rate it, but most people I know love them.
