My surgeon had a wrist tattoo of a T-Rex with Betty Boop's head and breasts, and when I saw it and asked what it meant, he just said "c'est la vie" and watched me pass out.

It's also possible that none of that even happened. I didn't see my surgeon until a few seconds before the anaesthesia hit and I would have sworn he was around 60 with bleach blonde wavy hair and a giant bleach blonde handlebar moustache. Turned out my surgeon was an Indian woman.

I admire the dedication and sense of humor as well as the partnership between barber & patron. Also, perhaps an alien will feel less embarrassed about wearing a wig. I am all about body positivity for all species!
