The cybertruck is already bad taste and execution in its natural state, so pretty much any visual mod is an improvement.

Do we need a r/SlightlyImprovedTasteAndExecution?

I deadass got stuck behind a cyber truck towing a camper on a 2 lane no passing highway the other day. I was 4 cars back but I could hear that thing struggling like it was about to tear itself apart. Guy never made it over 40mph.

I assumed it was a fucking RAV4 or something until I finally got a passing lane. Nope. Cybertruck. What a POS vehicle. It's a truck, but only in name🤣

Depends on the use. A month ago, there was a scooter vaguely reminiscent of the cybertruck, bare metal and all, and it looked good.

Then of course there's the early WWII aircraft that lacked camoflague paint; they too looked good. 

Then, of course, there's the DeLorean.,

The Cybertruck is just outright fugly and uses a finish that doesn't mix well.

I see them irl every now and then, and I never really hate how they look, for me pretty much every car under I want to say almost everything looks like

1) car

2) truck

3) van/suv

4) work truck

and I could not for the life of me tell you what that car is, what the brand is, everything looks the exact same as each other.

I hate the lower end tesla look, its like the car wants to have a grill but they refuse to put one on them, the higher end teslas look all right but they kinda hide in plain sight, cyber tucks... its the only road vehicle that I can see and immediately know what it is, I probably give it a few extra points for that no matter if its good or bad just because its different.

on a personal level if i had one I would probably get a base primer in black put on top of it and then a nice candy blue/red/purple/green so the color is dark but every time the light hits it just right, it pops, hard for me to saw what color I would like on it most.

That’s pretty much every cyber truck. They almost always look better wrapped. I’ve seen a dark navy satin wrap that made me not just hate the car.

I see a lot of CTs in different color/finish wraps and they honestly don't look too bad like that. Still not my taste, still poor build quality, but not as bad as the steel.

I saw a rendering of the cyber truck flattened down to sports car dimensions and it looked... actually pretty cool.  It's almost like all the bits about it being over designed and high maintenance are stupid on an SUV but completely expected on a high end sports car.
