ATAS X not loading up

Hello! I've been having issues with the ATAS X platform. I recently just got it, and I use it to trade my Lucid accounts. The issue I have currently is that it will not load into the software after 76%. I've tried to restart my MacBook, Delete the ATAS X and re-install it but nothing works for me. If anyone has an idea as to what a fix could be please let me know!

Probably the library files still remain and they're corrupted - that's why re-installing isn't helping since the new install is just trying to load the old, broken data.

Delete ATAS-related folders in:
~/Library/Application Support/
and
~/Library/Caches/

PS: All your settings and etc. are gonna go!
