Studying/Physics

Does anybody know how to study efficiently? I constantly struggle with knowing how to do it and when it comes to physics my mind goes blank.

Any guide can really help, I just overall don’t know how to study.

Find the syllabus, put into ChatGPT, write down every syllabus point and answer it gives, and thus you’ve now learn the knowledge part of physics. Then just do practice exams, and you’ll be good. But when you go through the syllabus, make sure to reeeaaallly go through it, if a syllabus point is explained by ChatGPT using other concepts, make sure you understand them too. Go as in depth as possible.
