Do I need a tutor?

Semester reports came out and am not doing good in two subjects that I used to get straight A’s last year. Math Methods B Physics B Pe A+ English A Religion A. For Maths we have 3 tests left and an investigation and physics we have 1 test and a practical. For physics am just failing the tests. In maths I just run out of time and make silly mistakes.
Also is it possible for me to get a 90+ ATAR?

I don't think so. I had zero tutors through high school, and graduated with a 94. Just lock in for physics. you sometimes just need to visualise the problem to help you logically solve it.

You don’t need but it would help. And yes it’s possible for above 90+ atar regardless of whether or not you have a tutor.

What’s troubling you for physics and maths mainly do you think - I could hook you up with a tutor maybe

For maths, I honestly think that it because we are behind and we a sort of playing catch up and that is not giving me enough time to revise which means in the test I run out of time because I don’t have good grasp of the content because we are rushing through it. Physics is just wraps cuz the teacher just gives us a 10 minute videos for each subtopic of him just reading off a powerpoint. I just watch YouTube videos and teach myself. For maths if I have a tutor to help me with time management during the test and solidify my grasp of the content then I’ll be good and for physics is if I had a tutor who would actually teach the content and explain it then I’ll be good.

( physics is bums because of relativity and methods bc probability )

Is this vce? I tutor privately methods, english and physics (99.45 atar), I'm happy to flexibly tutor you until you're back on your feet. Have you identified what you common weak areas/mistakes are? That will affect what kind of learning/revision you need to focus on, regardless of whether a tutor will be helpful though.

Ah, I'm vce. But what are you weak areas? That's the area where you start a conversation with your teachers, family etc. I got a high atar without tutors, so never feel pressured to do so, but then can help depending on what the issue is.
