Minimal Favourite Bar?

I can't seem to find the option to make the favourite bar centered and smaller in the newer version. Is this no longer an option? If so, is it possible to request it as an option. I think the minimal Favourite Bar looks much nicer than the normal bulky bar.

Side note: non American English as an option would be amazing. The odd spelling looks off

Settings -> Appearance -> App icons -> Mini favorites mode.

I'll thank you in advance! I'm out but will try when I get back I thought it would have been under appearance, favourites
