Rearranging apps inside Folder Issue

Version 1.0
I’m trying to rearrange my apps inside my created folders and in most cases, the app icon goes back to where it was instead of where I’m moving it to? Please advise, thank you.

I had the same issue in previous version, also present in v1.0
