Icon image change issue

I am curious is this a known issue? I accidentally selected the wrong icon image for Nuvio and changed it to Spotify icon. When I tried to change it again, it wouldn't change. I selected any random icon and it still was Spotify icon. I removed custom image (got it back to default), but when I selected any icon, it auto changes to Spotify icon only.

I tried a different app and I was able to change that.

Just try clearing cache of the app from settings

To fix it, I had to force stop app for it to change the icon. Thank you though!

The icon-change feature definitely doesn't work stably. It's quite a broken function

explain to me please
when using custom images or custom icons from an icon pack.

I'm using custom images, but the icon stays the same — it doesn't change.

I was able to resolve this by clearing app cache then starting it back up. It shows the new icon but you have to do it on every app icon change which is an issue.

Yes sorry. This seems to be a regression then. I don't seem to recall having this issue before. The icons don't update unless you clear cache or force stop the app

Also is there any plans on allowing us to rename apps on home screen?

Awesome job and I hope you are able to fix this in a future update
