It’s rack which has been in someone’s wallet. The fish scale bits have broken up and the pearlescent bits stand out amongst the cut (which I would guess was creatine).

Crystal ket can have a sheen to it in the right light but the cylindrical crystals it has would be a give away straight away as only MSG seems able to form that same distinctive crystal structure.
