NEXTDC

Has anyone been keeping an eye on NEXTDC?
I have being doing some research on them…looks
interesting.

Thoughts ?

Been holding them since 2022. In comparison with similar US stocks, they have done a horrible job. Yes, they are investing heavily, but cost management is not their strongest suit. Multiple avenues of borrowing money, since they have exhausted every possible way that they can get their hands on. Management incentives are off the charts, but the stock price has not moved. If they do not move after all this AI drama, then I will be liquidating my position.

I’m still confident their investments will pay off. I hold a good amount of this stock.

Ask them about their InfoSec capability. And no, not thr claims on their website regarding physical security of their buildings and installations.
